Thanks so much to all of you who joined us for yesterday’s opening of „Bubble & Scrape“! We hope you had a great time as well! We’re a bit exhausted now, but very happy with the outcome.

Actual Colors May Vary {ACMV} is pleased to present photographic works of Ed Alcock, Jenny Fitz and Tom Griggs in the exhibition „Bubble & Scrape“, opening this November in Berlin!
We are delighted that Ed Alcock and Jenny Fitz will be present for the opening, and that Ed will be signing copies of his book Hobbledehoy.
There will also be a DJ set by Barry Burns (Mogwai) from 10 pm.

Jenny Fitz | Kammerspiel

For four years, Jenny Fitz, a graduate of the Neuen Schule für Fotografie Berlin, accompanied a young actor for her project Kammerspiel. In her work, the photographer questions the habitus and role-play of people from her social environment.

At first it was curiosity that made me take the pictures, and later the urge to grasp our relationship. It’s a story about boundaries. Getting close. Pulling away. What constantly fascinated me, was the unpredictability with which he confronted me and the camera.“ (mehr …)

Nach dreieinhalb Jahren Studium zwischen Analog und Digital, zwischen Licht und Schatten, Dunkelkammer und Druckraum zeigen die Abschlussklassen von Marc Volk und Bertram Kober ihre Arbeiten im Forum der Neuen Schule für Fotografie. Passend zum Titel „Zwielicht“ wird die Ausstellung in zwei Teilen präsentiert.
